Hi, I’m Art Efremkin!
Over the past 17 years, I’ve been on a journey to understand how modern America works, improve my circumstances, and share what I’ve learned with others. As an immigrant to America, I’ve learned everything the hard way—gaining insights that are grounded in today’s reality, not our parents’ reality. My insights come from hard-earned experience moving up the food chain. Today, I’m focused on helping Aerolase scale up, advising organizations like Brock Capital Group and Mercy University’s Customer Experience Program, and mentoring rising leaders through UC Riverside’s Women in Leadership Program and my own community outreach efforts. Previously, I worked in consulting and software.
