I’ve held the operating top seat in multiple contexts — as interim CEO of a portfolio company, as Managing Director running a U.S. business, and as the executive who spearheaded a commercial transformation that scaled revenue 9x at Aerolase without external investment.
Different seats. Different contexts. Same underlying reality: I’ve seen what breaks at each stage of organizational growth — and why.
Earlier in my career, I was Managing Director for the U.S. market at Prela, a digital transformation and software product development consultancy whose clients included the U.S. Department of State, Harvard University, and global healthcare sector companies.
I currently advise Brock Capital Group and serve on the Westchester County Life Sciences Task Force. I’m also a Fellow of The Economic Club of New York and a recipient of the Business Council of Westchester 40 Under 40 Rising Star award.
I also see the American system from both the outside and the inside simultaneously. I’m an immigrant. Many of the rules native-born Americans absorb unconsciously, I had to decode explicitly. That experience shaped how I think about organizations, incentives, trust, mobility, and power.
Earlier in my career, I was awarded two U.S. patents in jet engine design — a systems-oriented approach I still apply to commercial growth, enterprise integration, and organizational mechanics.
Compressing the learning curve between competence and judgment.
